Proper sitdown linen and silverware restaurant. Unique establishment in downtown riverside. Quality ingredients makes great food. Great place to treat my out of town guests. Our server Yohannes was very attentive and friendly.

I was in the area for work and after seeing the photos of this place I certainly wanted to check out. This time of year, the hotel is really decorated for Christmas and it looks incredible. I was seated out in the courtyard and while it was a bit cool at night, the heater at the table made it very pleasant. I ordered the chicken and while I waited I couldn't help but glance around at all of the Christmas decorations that were out. The food was excellent and so was the service. Combine that with a scenic and historic building and you have a wonderful dinner in a wonderful setting.

The restaurant is in the middle of the hotel itself. I believe the also call it “The Spanish Gardenâ€. I brought my mother to dinner here and she absolutely loved it. There’s a huge water fountain in the middle of the dinning are. The sound of the water is very relaxing as you enjoy your dinner. The food is pricey and the portions are small but the flavor is amazing. I ordered shrimp pasta. They had great customer service. I had a reservation so we were seated promptly. There margaritas were also delicious although a bit strong. The view of this place resembles a mission hence it’s called the mission inn restaurant. It’s beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice.
